How's The Market in Carlsbad? 

People ask me all the time, 'how's the market'? My response is always - it depends. Do you want to buy or sell? Invest? Or Rent?

The median list price in Carlsbad this week is $620,995,
'Inventory has been lighting lately and Market Action index has been trending up. These are mildly positive indications for the market. Concerning Supply and Demand ' Homes sales have begun exceeding new inventory. This is a Buyer's market so prices are not yet moving higher as excess inventory is consumed. If the tightening continues and the market moves into the Seller's zone, we may see upward pressure on pricing.'
