There is something for any home buyer who yerns for Urban Living, with bars and restaurants just steps away. Pricing seems fair for sq. footage and with such a range it offers something for everyone. They even have 'affordable living' for rent. 

Location off the 101 with downtown Encinitas is key, but there were some little details that sold the complex....the boat dock lighting....contemporary feel, balconies, underground parking, elevator, and common area with fireplace.

Each area of Pacific Station has a different color motif, keeping this contemporary mixed use building fresh.

The smallest unit available, this studio is perfect for the single person or as a second home, with just 600 sq. feet. It faced the train tracks, so be ready for that!
